- Feel confused, anxious, or like they’ve lost themselves
- Have experienced narcissistic, emotional, or psychological abuse
- Struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or walking on eggshells
- Are trying to make sense of what happened (or is still happening)
- Want support, clarity, and a safe place to heal
